Manager
The Marketing Manager for the Small Island Unity Foundation will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the foundation’s mission, events, and initiatives. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for showcasing Caribbean culture to a global audience.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including social media, content creation, campaign planning, and analytics. You will work closely with team members, volunteers, and external partners to ensure the foundation’s brand is effectively represented and continues to grow in reach and impact.

MBO or higher​

Experience/Studied within the relative marketing field

Journalistic skills (a plus)
Language Requirements

Proper command of Dutch and English (Written and Speaking)

Tasks
-
Manage and grow the foundation’s social media presence

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing

Design and produce promotional materials (flyers, banners, videos, etc.)

Track and analyze marketing performance, preparing regular reports
-
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging
-
Coordinate with sponsors and partners for promotional opportunities

Organize and manage content creation, including photoshoots and video projects
-
Stay updated on marketing trends and tools to keep the foundation innovative

Promote a strong sense of community and engagement with followers
